SO-lines picked using Warehouse managament needs to be canceled

Need help for this scenario using Warehouse managament in Ax2012 R3:

Work for picking is fully completed, related SO-1-line has the status "picked" but the truck is still in the warehouse. In this moment a new SO-2 with higher priority is arising but no quantity has left in the warehouse. We need to cancel picking of SO-1- line and redirect this quantity to SO-2.

I try SO(line)-->button Update line-->Pick in order to perform manual unpicking process (known from Inventory management) but receive this error:

"Warehouse management processes are currently being used. If work lines are not yet registered, you can cancel the created work and any load or shipment lines, and then continue with the picking or shipping process."
