Hyperlink in email templates with (CTRL+K) command doesn't work for Edge and Google

Hello, 

I'm trying to add hyperlink to the email template but the command (CTRL+K) doesn't produce any extra steps to add the hyperlink data. Edge and Google were tested. When I highlight the phrase and use  (CTRL+K) command, new window opens and there is nothing else happening.

Also I tried to use hyperlink from the ribbon but I don't understand how it supposed to transform phrase to hyperlink. And how to test it.

    Hi Elena,
    It looks like you are trying to create a hyperlink in the Email template, for the same you have to select the complete URL text (Example: https://www.google.com ) and click on the button Hyperlink.
    Hope this answers your query,

    Hello, when I use compete URL text (Example: https://www.google.com ) and click on the button Hyperlink. This text is highlighting as Hyperlink , but for the users who will receive this email we want to write the simple text which will be hyperlink. So if the user click "Google" he is directly link to https://www.google.com.
