Is it possible to modify the information that shows up in the /subject/ and /work item instructions/ fields when a workflow is rejected by a user?

For instance, I would like the comment provided by the user who rejected the workflow to show in one of the columns.

I know, and that is what I did in my example. However, the comment is not populated in the "subject" or "work item instructions" fields. Instead, they are filled with default text, which is why I asked if it is possible to change this

Hi,

During rejection, user is able to fill out a note why that this is rejected.
