Is there an audit report that shows what types of changes user make? is there a way to run an audit trail of changes i make in the system?
Database logging has to be enabled on tables to provide that level of audit detail. Here's a good blog article on it - dynamics-tips.com/.../

No. CRUD operation history isn't tracked without enabling database logging.
