DGPdu in Germany > How to implement in a NAV 2016 BE database?

Posted on by

We are using NAV 2016 as Financial system.

Several countries have been set up in this one BE database, Germany is one of them.

Because of VAT audit, we need to implement GDPdU functionality in this BE database.

Are these objects from a DE database that can be merges are is this really on add-on to be purchased?

    Hello Katrien,

It's Export Business Data functionality. I don't know which NAV license do you have, but process is next:

    1. Download NAV 2016 DE and install it

    2. Select objects which relates to Export business data and export them

    3. Import them to BE database

    4. If it shows that your license not allowed to run it - export the objects in txt file and replace object numbers to user-defined objects range (50000...) after that - import them again in BE database.

5.Compile new objects, fix conflict errors and add the needed pages to menu suite
