Financial Report error when export to Excel "Function.FinancialReportingViewer.onShowSaveAsDialog has been incorrectly called"

How can I set up or fix this issue ?

Hi Tanyaboon，

Which report under "Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations -> General ledger -> Inquiries and reports -> Financial reports" are you trying to export?

Have you generated the report successfully? Can you open the generated report?

1) Did you try resetting the data mart?

2) Did you apply the hot fix fix.lcs.dynamics.com/.../Resolved.

3) Are having office 2016 on your machine?

4) Are having this issue on only this report or any report?

5) How large is the report is it more than 10000 lines?

When I selected report and generated. The error has occured.

"The operation could not be completed because the item no longer exists"

Not yes. I'm a newbie for Dynamics 365.

3) Are having office 2016 on your machine?

Yes.

4) Are having this issue on only this report or any report?

I have a problem with all of reports.

5) How large is the report is it more than 10000 lines?

Less than 10,000 lines. I guest. That too large.

Hello Tanyaboon,

Can you try generating the report again from the Management Reporter (MR) console? Simple select the report and then select 'edit'. This should

open a new form that allows you generating the report directly from MR.

Before doing that please ensure that your company's ledger accounts are matched to the lines in the default balance sheet report. That is because the default balance sheet record that you use refers to the MS Contoso demo company chart of account. If your company uses a different chart of account the report cannot be run directly without a prior mapping of the ledger accounts in the row definition of your report.

I try reset MRdata on SQL Server as below link. It's work.

I can run report now.
