What you'll want to do is create an Output type menu item for the report, which you can do by dragging the report to the Menu Items > Output node in the AOT or a project group.  Doing this will automatically create the menu item pointing to that report.  Give the menu item an appropriate label, assign any configuration/security keys (optional), and then drag that menu item to the Cust menu under the Menues AOT node.  The Cust menu is the AR module menu.
