Hello, we are using the Field Service add on for Portals. When we submit time off requests from the portal the schedule board posts that time as UTC time, we are eastern time. The Time off request record and time entry record reflects the correct time (eastern/time we put in on the portal). We have verified our personal settings are Eastern time and that the schedule board is set for Eastern. Also, the 'Resource' is set to eastern time.
I have tried to look into the records that generate for time off/work hours, but they appear to be somewhat hidden.

Noticed this was never answered. The schedule board has a time zone display setting when you press the settings icon within the board. It just reads the time in UTC and then displays it based on the schedule board timezone. As long as your schedule board timezone is correct it will read and display properly. I would recommend checking if the Schedule Board timezone is set properly
