    Hi,

    1. Check if there is any organization disabled from Deployment Manager. If so, enable that org and run the report. If you're able to, this report might be connecting to other disabled organization.

    2. Verify the data source used in this report and it is connecting to intended organization.

    3. Check if you are able to run other system and custom reports.

    Hi Charan

quick question in continuation of this

i have enabled the org2 which is created from a database back up. This solved the reports issue

we have org1 which is active and using where reports are not working.

How to make these reports work in org1 as we don't need org2

If we disable and delete the org2 the reports will work from org1?

i will create this in separate question if needed

    Thanks

Check the properties of data source being used by your report in org1 database under report server. If there is any connection string defined, it should point to correct organization.
