I'm curious as to what SQL collation you have Dynamics GP setup on, as usually Arabic characters will  have issues with the two collations that are technically supported with Microsoft Dynamics GP:

    --DOCI (SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS)

    --Binary (Latin1_General_BIN)

I'm also curious on what version of Dynamics GP you're currently on as I want to say we had an issue back in GP 2013 that hampered the use of Arabic characters which was fixed in GP 2015.

I know from my own testing of GP and Arabic characters, which this would be about 2 years ago, the rich client works fine as long as the region/language and keyboard settings are set to Arabic/Saudi Arabia (for example), it’ll show Arabic characters correctly, even in reports I print to screen. If the keyboard language is English/U.S., it shows as gibberish.

That being said, on the Dynamics GP support side we don't see many cases with Arabic characters and Dynamics GP mainly because, as mentioned, the two collations we support for SQL/Dynamics GP don't work with Arabic characters for the most part, making it an un-supported environment, thus we're limited.

There may be some others out here on the forums that have more experience with Dynamics GP and Arabic characters that can help.

    Thanks

Microsoft Dymanic Gp 2018  we are using in windows 10 1809 version. And Arabic language and keyboard  is already added into the machine. If we use this application we able to see the Arabic language but only viewing the Invoice we can see this characters. and one last thing if we can see the print preview of the invoice we can also able to see the description in Arabic language. Any thing we can perform here

Can you answer my question on what SQL collation/sort order configuration you're running Dynamics GP on? The reason I ask is that we only support Dynamics GP on either of these two configurations:

--Dictionary Order, Case Insenstive (DOCI) - SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

    --Binary - Latin1_General_BIN

Neither of these two, that I'm aware, would allow Arabic language letters/characters, so you would need to be using an unsupported collation such as Arabic_CI_AI or the like.

If this is the case, it'd be tough for anyone to provide information as they'd also have to be running Dynamics GP in an unsupported environment, which can be risky if it is a live/production environment.

That being said, I know there are some customers out there that are running Dynamics GP on a collation that allows them to use Arabic letters/characters.

I know in the past, Mohammad R. Daoud did a lot with Dynamics GP and Arabic language/characters, but it's been a while now. You can still find a lot of his material online, maybe it may help.

    Thanks
