AX 4.0 client crashes

Hello,
happens to me with AX 4.0 selecting a program that calls the printer crash the client in a blank screen, if I terminate the application the AX AOS crash.
Can anyone help me, I know AX is very old but it didn't happen before.

This could also be other changes on the AOS and client machine or changes made to the application recently?

Hello Franco,

Did this problem occur recently and did things work ok before?

What program did you select?

Did you select this program from within AX4.0 through a code adjustment or how did you open it?
