I have a huge problem, running variable program that requires data extracted from CRM,
I need to extract products sen,t account number, agent id, and also date.
Want this to run in real time so that I can send to excel and then code the data strings into shorter strings into a new variable program that is going to produce company records on certain outcome.
I am looking at collecting data from other sources but the information that will be generated by program will be far stronger if I can have instant data sent on the fields above from CRM system.
What are the best options, I know I can extract daily reports but due to the scale of volume of data it is going to exceed over 50000 in some categories.
Also processing the data real time will also ensure that the data is produced quickly with much more detail as to company activity.
If I manipulated the CRM field for date and time reporting would this cause instability issues?
