AX 2012 R2 Batch Jobs Stuck At Cancelling

Hello, batch jobs were stuck in executing so I changed their statuses to cancelling in order to restart them,

however now they are stuck in cancelling and as a result new jobs arent starting.Any ideas how to fix it?

    Another option is kill the associated SPID on Sql Server

    Hi

    You have to use Sql Server Profiler.

    Finally, use sp_who just to retrieve the SPID.

    Take a look at technet.microsoft.com/.../aa260384(v=sql.80).aspx
