trial balance lag

for some lines in the trial balance the debit amount is shown zero for me. this is while the real debit amount is not zero and when we click on zero amount the new window open and the real debit amount is indicated there. could anyone tell me why the real debit amount is not there and zero is shown there?

    Hi,

    For what period have you created your Trial Balance?

    I suspect that you do not have debit Transactions in the period you analyzed but that you have transactionsion in other periods that you see when opening the link.

    I would recommend three things

    1) try to rebuild dimension balances for your dimension set named batch.

    2)  if issue is not resolved by #1, make sure there are no nasty customizations breaking it.

    3) if #2 is not the case, have a look at LCS for any fixes for your App version of AX
