We are Using Dynamic NAV 2016, in that we are facing problem that 'Contact Person" Field in Contact Card is automatically change.
There is Phone No copied Automatically.
Our Service provider unable to solve this problem

actually in contact person field is replaced with Phone no field automatically.
We unable to find in which action that was done. even there is change lock active
for that we having auto screen capture in our networks but we are not succeed to find problem cause.
What do you mean with "Automatically changed"? When you perform what operation?
