Nullable object must have a value. on record create

Posted on by

Hi there,

I created a custom entity within my organization, when trying to create a record within that entity I get an Business Proccess Flow error message stating "Nullable object must have a value." In the log file i see that the field that is null is modifiedonbehalf, which is Modified On (Delegate).

From my understanding that is a system field that gets automatically updated when the record is created and every time it is modified. So it makes sense that it is null on create. How can i bypass this error and be able to save these records?

Thank You!

    Hi,

Can you check if any plugin or workflow is running on create?

It is likely that the error is coming from some other process which executes on create of this entity.
