I am trying to embed a Power BI report in Dynamics CRM, it works when I select to create a Power BI Dashboard but that requires the Power Pro license to share with other users. Is there a way I can embed the url as we would on a website. I tried creating a Web Resource and also by inserting an iframe but both of these methods just show a blank screen with the flashing Power BI logo. What am I missing? Can we still do this without using Power BI Pro?

If you've got the reports set to only show users internally in your organisation then you'll always need a Power BI Pro license. It doesn't matter how you embed the report if the viewing member doesn't have a pro license then they won't be able to use it.
The other option is if the data is not sensitive you can technically publish it to web which makes it public and anyone with the URL to the report will be able to read it (inside and outside your organisation).
There are also alternative licensing options you can look at like getting a Premium capacity workspace and reports published into that worskspace is visible to anyone inside that workspace regardless of whether they have a pro license or not.
The other option is to just get a pro license for everyone needing to consume the report. They're pretty cheap. You can also get a Power BI Embedded license which is basically license to share a single report.
