Hi all,
I have not figured the CRM tool out yet :-) Is it possible to add a dynamic field in the subject line? Purpose is to add the parent account value in it.
Also, same question for the plain marketing email - each time I add dynamic content / contact / no relationship / ({{contact.parentcustomerid}}) it shows a number, but not the actual name of the account.

Hi Simona,
It’s the same as the email text.
Just click the Assist Button in the end of the Subject and set as the same as the above answer.

Hi Simona,
You should set it as the following image.
The dynamic content is {{contact.contact_account_parentcustomerid.name}}.
It will show the name of the parent account.
