Hi Experts,
I have a situation where I have two BPF flows that exist for the same business entity. We have a front-office and back-office flow and the "Project" entity can be created from both sides. The challenge is I need the Project entity to be active in the two BPF flows simultaneously which is not a problem. The challenge is when I create the record from the front-office BPF, create the other BPF record through a flow, it still doesn't show the BPF when I open the form for the Project in the Back Office application. I can easily "switch process" and it will show but I need it to open automatically. I do not see any differences in any of the fields from the BPF entity record in Advanced Find so I am not sure what I am missing to get it to show up automatically.
Couple things:
1. App has BPF enabled for the back office flow
2. Role assignment is good, basically if I create a project from scratch it is fine but if I create in the background it is not showing automatically.
3. Once I switch process (manually) on the Project in the back office to select that BPF then it pulls up correctly and all is good.
Power Automate Flow I have in place so when the Project is created from the front-office that it will create the BPF record for the back office.
Thank you for your assistance.
