Error : Failed to initialize Business connector using IIS

Dear All:

I have a Web services that will call the COM Connector and call some class in AX 2009, it work fine in my development machine using debug mode with the VS 2008 Internal ASP.NET debug mode Web server.

However when I try to deploy to the IIS (Same Machine of the DEV server) and try to call the web services again it thrown the error of "Failed to initialize Business connector".

What is going wrong under the IIS environment?

    Did you install the Business Connector on the IIS machine? If not, you will have to do that by using the normal install tool. Check "Business connector". I think that you must also make sure that .NET 3.5 is installed on the IIS machine.

    Did you ever solve the problem? If I use IIS Express out of VS on my local machine everything works fine...if i deploy the service to the IIS on my local maschine i get the same error.

    I can attach to the process IIS and the BC axapta "LogonAs" call with the same user name and password and config file fails.
