error publishing row, resource not found for the segment 'Customer_Card_Excel' using Edit in Excel function to delete customer cards

Hi,

When attempting to delete a customer record through Edit in Excel we've run into the error below:

However, checking in BC the record looks to have been successfully deleted. Any ideas what's going on?

    Please check that customer record should not have any customer ledger entries attached.
