Hi all,
I have a CRM workflow that sends an email (email template). The email gets the dynamic content from a field within the case form (Created On field). The users are worldwide so they have set the date format set within their personalization settings.
However, I have a user where although their personalization settings are set according to their country (dd/mm/yyyy) the email is being sent in mm/dd/yyyy.
I have tested this out myself but the formatting seems to be fine and set to how I want it to be.
Are there any ideas please? (non-code related)
