I have created a survey in D365 Customer voice by following the below approach
1. Created a survey
2. Survey questions are related to 'Sentiment' satisfaction metrics so that if customer submits negative responses alerts should be created in D365 Customer voice
3. Created alert rules
But after sending the survey and responses are also submitted by Clients, alerts are not getting created in Customer voice. Similarly, I am able to see the responses in Customer voice but those responses are not getting synced to D365 CRM. Cross checked Security roles and there no mistakes on assigned roles. Even after clients submits their response, it is showing like 'Still waiting on responses' I am unable to see responses in CRM and alerts in Customer voice. Can you please suggest an idea/options on why I am receiving this error?
