Hello, I"m trying to do an assembly for the first time and not sure if i'm doing it right.

I can't find any videos or docs saying what to do about tracking numbers. All of our items have serial numbers.

So, at the top I have the item I want the line item to be installed on. I fill all of it out, enter the line tracking on the control box and then go to post and it wants the serial number on the main item. And I can't figure out how to apply that.

Or can you not assemble 2 items with serial numbers.

goto menu navigate, click item tracking lines, add/create a serial no. for the base item in that assembly order, click ok to close the windows, try again.
