usage data(Element name)

Hi champs,

How to clean usage data on specific user and specific module form, I know the cleaning procedure in AX but I can't able to find a particular element and module name, so I would like to know how can I find an element and form module name which those are not appearing for any user?

Hi,

You can go to user from sysrem admin module, then from there select the user, click in user option, and then usage data from top.

You can check form selection, personalization etc.

Dude, first of all, thank you for being an answer, as before I said I knew the way but when I go to the usage data what should I have to type unfortunately don't know the keywords from where I have to get the information of the elements, modules names to enter in the field for the cleaning?

Do you know the navigation to the element from AX UI, for which you are looking to cleanup the usage data?

Hi Lathi,

With system administrator rights, you can right-click on a form element and get the technical name of the form. Is that what you are looking for?
