Query on porting subscription lists/Subscription Center marketing pages across to real-time marketing in dynamics

Hi all,

Since the launch of real-time marketing in dynamics in 2021, Microsoft has signposted that all future development will be focused on this module within the Marketing MDA in dynamics.

One of the areas which has to-date been a mainstay for most folks is still using Subscription Center marketing pages (as configured in the 'old' Outbound marketing module, and then associating this to a given Compliance record (so to allow for existing Subscription Lists to be used in real-time email comms within the real-time module, and because the out of the box consent settings page in real-time is a little lacking in general).

I can't seem to find any announcement/documentation from Microsoft about how they are planning on handing porting Subscription Centers landing pages across into the real-time marketing module.  I note in their 'transition' playbook that 'landing pages' is earmarked for development in the real-time product roadmap - is there any confirmation on whether Subscription Centers are included under that umbrella 'landing pages' term?   I'm working on the assumption that eventually all of Outbound Marketing module will be fully depreciated in dynamics Marketing MDA eventually, so trying to get my head around what I need to plan for transitioning to using real-time fully and ongoing, rather than as is currently the case, using piecemeal both modules.

Thanks,

    Hi LiamS,

    1. Yes, real-time marketing is undergoing a lot of updates.
    2. Consent Center is a very important feature in Real Time Marketing and the developers have made several updates to it, which will be finalized in a future release.

I think it's unlikely that real-time marketing will abandon consent centers in favor of subscription centers in the future.

3.Real-time marketing has many similarities to outbound marketing at the beginning of its design, but gradual differences are inevitable to ensure real-time.

They represent two sales strategies, with different emphases, regarding the use of outbound subscription centers in real-time marketing:
