Is there a restriction on how far back Sales Accelerator will show overdue tasks? From what I can tell it only shows if the due date is within 1 month from being overdue. If the task is overdue by 2 months it is not showing in Sales Accelerator.
Is it an option to configure how far back overdue tasks will show?
Hi Jamie,
There is no option or other settings to configure how far back overdue tasks will show now.
It is due to system design that the list displays records for a month from the current date. The records that are older than 30 days are automatically removed and won't be displayed.
