Uploading particular patch from dev to uat works fine.
exporting patch from Dev to live produces this message: Couldn’t import a Custom Control Default Config for ObjectTypeCode 10221 because its 'customcontroldefaultconfigid' already exists on the system.

Looking at the documentation:
It shows that is a "RTV Product"
Take a look in the "live" to see if you can find where it is and that will give you an idea of what you need to change in your patch
