When I add resources to WO it gives me this message.

    Set a **Field Service Status** on the **Booking Status** you're using.  
    Go to **Field Service > Settings > Booking Statuses**, open the status, and ensure the **Field Service Status** field is filled (e.g., "Scheduled").
