Hi All 
 
Does anyone know how to send or add information in Notification ? for instance we are planning to updating extension for 1 hours  and all users will get pop up notification in the right corner

    You can create a notification using the below link but they don't appear in the bell icon, that is more for Microsoft to send Marketing updates or product updates that is not used for BC purposes

    This is a feature that only Microsoft uses to send notifications. Partners cannot use this feature to send notifications to users.

    As Yun Zhu mentioned only Microsoft can send notifications in there, so it's not possible.

    That's Microsoft notification. It's only for Microsoft to notify the users. We cannot use it.
