Which table is this linked to?

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to find which table is referenced by the index value in POP10100.PONOTIDS_11 (Contract Number Index). We are using GP 2015. This column get populated when a Purchase Order is entered. I'm guessing it has something to do with the vendor. I've scoured the internet and have come up empty. I do not have access to the SDK. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The column PONOTIDS is represent by a array values of PO Note ID index. But, this column PONOTIDS_11 is not referenced by any other tables in GP rather than open(POP10100) and history(POP30100). I dont know what is the use of this field, maybe it will be used for any integration or etc.,,(Currently not used).
