Clicked Links Insights

Looking at email Insights Overview shows a number for unique clicks.  However when looking at Insights Links the number of unique clicks listed for each link doesn't match the number provided in the Overview.  Why are they different?

    Thanks Leah.  When I look at the email insights overview I see a number but when I look at email insights links I see a much larger number. In the example below Overview shows 63 unique clicks but the Links list total 127 unique clicks.

    Hey Brian,

    as the definition of this KPI indicates a unique Link click and your insights tab is showing a delta it might be synchronization issue if the customer journey is still on-going. Sometimes it takes a while that these insights are getting updated...

    Looking at the statistics, it looks like the number of "Unique clicks" of 63 which you are seeing for the email is the total number of unique users who clicked on at least one link in the email whereas the numbers of unique clicks are specific to each link mentioned in the table on the right. So out of the 63 people, there would be a few who clicked on 2 or more links but they will be counted as one user for the email insights overview. The sum of individual link clicks will not be equal to the total unique users who clicked on at least one link in the email. Hope that clarifies.
