Hi Dynamics Community,
I have a problem with the display of a double opt in email in Dynamics: a part of the HTML code is displayed in the mobile view and not the proper text.
Do you know what is causing this and where the problem lies?

Hey Julia,
Is the HTML code appearing when you are in edit mode or only in preview mode?
If it's only appearing in the preview mode, try editing the HTML in the email and changing the opening and closing font tag to a p tag. E.g. the opening <font tag would become <p and the closing </font> tag would become </p>.
If the code is appearing in edit mode, try deleting the HTML.

The code shows up in the live-emails and cannot be removed from there..
Do you have any idea what could be done in that case?
