We have a question. Actually, we are integrating MD 365 with MD 365 Marketing but we have a problem.
In this moment, in our CRM we dont work with lead or contact entity. We are working with account entity for storage our customers. And the all actions is bout them.
In addition, we have different display possibilities for our Sellers. When a customer is owned by Agency A, the record is created, but if this customer purchases another product from our Agency B, the record is duplicated. Each Agency only has permissions to view your version of the customer, however this customer is in our CRM system twice.
To use MD 365 Marketing, do we need to have a unique customer in a Contact entity? If the answer is no, how can we know which version of the Marketing tool you are updating and also your CRM version when the Customer entry in a Capture campaign through a Form, for example?
Our company belongs to the insurance sector. Our Agencies only has one view of your Customer version, and no agency should ever see Customer data version that belongs to another agency.
