Change value of fields in lead with customer journey

Hello,

I want to set up a journey in real-time marketing which ends in updating lead/contact info (we treat them as equal entities in our company). I have two such scenarios:

1. Journey ends in update'ing status reason of lead/contact (from MQL to SQL)

2. Journey ends in changing a custom field on the lead (e.g. "Received an ebook" field should change from "No" to "yes"

How can I do that in real time marketing customer journey?

Thanks in advance for all the answers.

    Hi Jandys,

You can do that by triggering a Power automate flow from a journey, and then using the Flow to update fields docs.microsoft.com/.../real-time-marketing-custom-actions

We're working on making these even more seamless and would love to get on a short call with you to learn more about your scenario. Please feel free to reach out at ayjain AT microsoft DOT com

    Thanks!
