Preference Centre not linking to Marketing emails

Hi, I'm having an issue were I get an error 404 when trying to access the Preference Centre via the unsubscribe link. I have created a new Compliance Profile, added new topics against the commercial purpose, selected those when creating the email template but no matter what I do I get an error 404 when selecting the link

Hi I have the same problem here.

We have a Compliance profile with:

- Company address

- Preference center (This is what the unsubscribe link should call)

We can address the company address via Personalization like this:

Compliance / Company Address and this ist shown in the mail with

the parameter {{CompanyAddress}}

The unsubscribe is a link to URL {{Preferencecenter}}.

Both Values are never shown in the mail. The unsubscribe feature dows not work

and the company address never shown.
