Please guide us how to resolve the error.

                We have already tried below options and those are not working.
                   
                2. FRReportingUser is already “Enabled” in System Admin -> Users.
                3. Cleared browsing history and Reset Usage data. 
                4. Assigned permission System Admin, CFO and CEO to users.
                5. Tried with extension “ClickOnce” in Google Chrome and Edge both browsers.
