We are wanting to integrate sales commissions for salespersons from cloud CRM into Dynamics GP2018. We use only the Project module for our Customer billing, not the Sales module at all. The commissions would, of course, be calculated after the fact, usually the middle of the following month. So the commissions would not be able to be posted with the billing invoices in the Project module at the time they are generated and posted. Is it possible to accomplish this integration of inserting the data into the database, and the individual project billings, to be able to generate reports on those Commissions in Dynamics GP2018? Or will we need to insert just the Commission amounts into the Salespeople's Commission History in each Period ID and create SQL script views/reports to see them?

Hi Diane,

Without using the Sales Module at all, I am not sure that there would be a good way to do this short of inserting the data into history like you mentioned. Maybe someone in the community has explored this more and can respond as well.
