We recently started seeing an error in a few clients environments where the Data Connection, Service Bus in PowerApps is returning an error that "the caller with objectid... does not have the minimum required permissions to perform the requested operation on connection... under API shared_servicebus"
So we are unable to edit the Service Bus, it's affecting certain operations related to setup and refreshing a staging/development environment. But the part that is causing more issue is we are unable to update any Flows using the Data Connection, it simply returns an Invalid error message, and when you dig into it you find the same minimum required permissions error.
Now for the fun part, the user and objectid/caller referenced is the owner of the connection, a Dynamics 365, and Global Administrator. How does it not have permissions? We've had a case open w/ Microsoft for almost a week, with little to no progress, posting this in hopes someone can assist or we find we're not alone and MS will be forced to look at it.
