Dynamics ax application goes close as i start full CIL or application compile

This is my own laptop where i have installed this and on the physical system as i mentioned space 9 GB and in VMWare space is 404 GB,will the Physical system(host system) will also influence in this process
are you compile from server or your client? Do compile from server. while compile system generates logs it may be the cause that you have low space on your disk and hence it is throwing an error.

Now when i stared compile full system, it generated a new error "Out of memory" I have almost 460 GB in C drvie but on physical system i have only 9 GB free space

have you done DB synchronization? was it successful? if not, please sync DB once and try compilation
