Calculating Overtime in AX Shop Floor Control

I am trying to configure my AX 4.0 environment to calculate overtime based on a 40 hour work week instead of an 8 hour day.  When I put in the overtime profile type according to the examples it calculates after 8 hours in a day.  When I use standard time and a 40 profile time total it doesn't calculate overtime at all.

Does anyone use Shop Floor Control to track time and attendance based on a 40 hour work week?  Could I be missing a patch or service pack in my 4.0 environment?
