Help with General Ledger Entries

Help! Our recently hired finance user just recently bumped into a problem viewing the General Ledger Entries.  Basically, when he went to view General Ledger and filtered a G/L Account No.  He got a message on the Detail Page that says "Select Dimensions for the chart".

He never had to do anything extra before other than filter G/L Account Nos and he would get all the general ledger entries for that account.  No, it's giving him a weird message, "Select Dimensions for the chart".

When other users would go to the General LEdger Entries, they are able t filter G/L Account No no problem.

Any help from you would be much appreciated.  Could this be one of those Nav bugs whereby once user personalized the page, weird things would happen?  E.g., batch drop down lists would disappear.  The fix would be to delete that page from User Personalization.

Please advise.

Hi Neil,  I thought it was user personalization as well.....but it wasn't. :(  I deleted the user personalization for page 20 for that user but it was still showing 'Select Dimension for the chart'.  SO I looked into it again....and guess what? the reason it was asking for dimension is because user has clicked onto the 'Show as Chart' button on the Home ribbon - view section.  Hence, Nav is trying to show results as a Chart and needs the X and Y axis fields! :)  Problem resolved.  I had him click onto the 'Show as List' so all is well now.   Thank you!
