Hi
I am unable to find bookings in Hourly view
I have full slots booking available in my daily view of schedule board. But when i change view to hourly can't see any all booking. I am not understanding which setting i need to adjust.

The statement and the screenshot is little confusing. From the details, I understand that you can't find bookings in Hourly View, however as per the screenshot given I see the bookings are visible as highlighted from your screenshot :
Also to mention In Daily(Days) View, the booking is displayed after we expand the resource in Schedule Board
-Are you referring to any specific bookings which is not available in Hourly view? Kindly share more details with example for better understanding, if this comment doesn't resolve your query.

You can see user daily view first user has booking for 5/12 , 5/13, 5/14 and so on.
But when i change view to hourly
for same user i can't see booking for same days. Yes there are very few booking on Hourly based view, but number of bookings are very less. As per my expected result whole schedule board should be filled
Can you share screenshots for a single resource (daily vs. hourly)? You screenshots do not show any resource name, so it's hard to troubleshoot.
This issue is for all users and for every day.
Let's take an example of Resource 1 (Because it client org so I can't share Actual names)for Thursday -5/14/2020
in daily view, Resource 1 has 7.7. for 5/14/2020 Thursday, But when i change the view to hourly base it has nothing.
Weird. Can you check the "Hide Canceled" setting on your board? That's the only setting that affects bookings on the Gantt chart. Or did you change the booking cells? Last idea: Can you expand the resource row in the daily view? You should then see the bookings that contribute to the resource utilization.
I went through each of your suggestions one by one but nothing worked. Before Friday we have all booking on hourly view. I am not sure what changed, now we can't see results as per expectation. Well i am trying to understand which view or query bring booking on Schedule board. May be any filter applied on view or query and also my point of understanding is, if same query bring bookings for Daily or Hourly based view or different quries run.
What happens if you expand the row in the daily view - do you see bookings? When you say it worked on Friday - what region is your instance in? This weekend the 2020 release wave 1 came to the EMEA data centers, you might be facing a bug worth a support ticket.
When i expand dialy view by double clicking on date, it keep sum of bookings only, not individuals bookings. Region is North America. Yes support ticket is created and waiting for response.
