Multiple shipping addresses

Good afternnon,

In our system we are working with customers which have one billing address but are asking us to ship to 50 different store locations. Is it possible to enter 50 different ship to addresses in one customer card? Is there a limit in Business central regarding how many ship to addresses you can enter?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Sebastien

    Hi,

There is no limit when it comes to the number of shipping addresses you can add to one customer.

So 50 should not be a problem database wise.

Another option can be to create more customers and set them up with invoicing to a central customer. That makes it easier for you to be able to report what you have delivered to each location.

I have BC customers that use both those options.

    Sebastien,

Yes, very easy in NAV. Open a Customer Card. Navigate to Ship-to Addresses. Here you can create unlimited Ship-to's per Customer. You enter the Ship-to Address, Shipping Agent and Method. You can enter other specific Ship-to field values different from the Customer Card

    Hope this helps.

    Thanks,

    Steve

Hi, there is no limit for ship to addresses in Business Central.

You can refer to the following to use.
