I am not new to D365 CE apps, but I am new to Project Operations.
We have a requirement from the client to have Project Operations (CE) as a standalone solution, but to have an ability to integrate with another invoicing, timesheets and production systems. I`ve set up a trial environment and selected the deployment type for standalone solution, but while exploring the solution several questions arised, maybe you could explain me these:
1. If I selected standalone solution, why all the dual right thigs from F&O came up together as a solution? I am not able to create a project, due to the legal entities not created in CE, which can be created only in F&O. Does not make sense. I found several resources telling me uninstall solution, I was able finally to create projects, but then another question came up:
2. I was trying to create time entries, submit etc, but got an error, that I do not have some right for F&O again. If this is a standalone solution, does it mean that I will not be able to do anything with the timesheets?
3. If i can not make any timesheet entries, how can I complete the process?
