Hi everyone.
Is there a way to apply a condition or policy, or is it possible to gray out the unit price in the PO that comes from the PR? Kindly recommend me. In order to prevent malpractice, I am quite concerned about this issue.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Can you elaborate on what you experience as an issue? I'm not able to understand your concern.

    Hi Andre,

    Thanks for your reply.

Actually, I am looking for a solution for my client to keep the unit price in PO lines as an uneditable field or to throw an error when the user tries to make changes to the unit price in PO lines if the PO is from PR. Is there any way to set this up?

I hope you might have caught my point.

Hi, could you make use of Purchase Order workflow to manage modifications?

    Hi Md Mahaseen,

As Anthony mentioned, you can use workflows and configure conditions for having manual approval requirements (e.g. amount change),  or automatic approval. In case you want to block editing the unit price based on the condition you mentioned, it would require a customization.
