Hi all

I've a personal USERcustomized table where I can indicate which user can have access to the opportunity.

How can I insert in table principalobjectaccess only the user with right conditions?

thanx for any solution or suggestion.

    Hi,

It should be opportunities instead of opportunity

    Hi a33ik

I try with the only way I can understand the code a little (https://onlinemgblog.wordpress.com/2020/07/20/power-automate-share-record-using-unbound-action/), but I can't find a way to a good result.

It used to be called "Common Data Service", now it's called "Dataverse". I don't know Italian so I believe that's what you are looking for.

    Ok. I get this.

    So:

    1. You should create Power Automate with "On Create" trigger for your custom table record.

    2. Check if the checkbox (yes/no) flag is set.

    3. Get the user from the "User Name" field.

    4. Use the article that I provided earlier to grant access to the opportunity.

RE: Insert row in hide table

    Hi a33ik

you are right for me, but it is not my decision.

I think because we have a long list of users (in custom table the list is restricted) in the domain and because in the new way the sellers are obliged and have no excuses and have to enter all the data that the manager needs.

Please, can you help me to create a flow that insert the users from custom table to POA table?

    thanx in advance

I still have an impression that you're reinventing the wheel. Did you check the video that I send in the last reply? Can you explain why do you need this custom table and automation in order to implement something that exists already?

    Thanx for your help a33ik

    "USERcustomized" is my custom table

"Users selected with a Yes/No button" is the row inside my custom table, that contain "User Name" and a "selection button" set to yes
