Need help adding save and new button to entity opportunity product

I am working with the ribbon workbench and unable to get /opportunity product/ to add to the workbench. I can open any other entity. Our previous party created a new entity and added it to the opportunity after the opportunity is saved. Issue is on the form their is only save and save and new which when adding multiple products you have to go back to the opportunity and start over which is extremely time consuming. Anyone have any suggestions or had this issue where they finally found how to add a save & new button to the form ribbon? I have been asking our current CRM MS provider for 2 years with no help. There was even a ms case This email is in regards to the case : 30993887 that went unresolved.

Please someone help me get the save and new button to help my sales team! Greatly appreciate ANY help/assistance. THANK YOU!

Hi,

You can enable the Save&New button for the Opportunity Product Entity main form in Ribbon Workbench.

However, when I click the Save & New button, it reports an error.
