Error on Page - Adding Products to a New Opportunity

When I open up a new sales opportunity and then try to create a "New Opportunity Product", nothing happens.  On the bottom left of my browser, it just says "Error on Page."  Any idea how I may be able to solve this?

    Hi Alberto,

    can you be more specific? When you doublick the message, more detailed information is displayed.

    You can also enable the crm tracing for more specific server side failures:

    Thank you for the quick response.

     I'll try to be more specific.  I first create a new "Sales Opportunity".  Then on the left hand side menu, I click on "Products" and am taken to a screen that enables me to click on a button entitled "New Opportunity Product."  When I click on this button, nothing happens.  The screen does not change at all.  The only slight change is that on the bottom left hand corner of my browser it says "Error on Page."  That is it.  I tried double clicking on this but nothing happens either.

     As for the tracking tool you sent, I will need to pass that on to my sys admin.  That is beyond my technical capabilities.  Thanks for your help.  Any suggestions (based on my description above) are welcome.

    Actually, on someone else's computer I was able to draw the following error:

    Line: 220

    Char: 1

    Error: Could not complete the operation due to error 80020101

    Code: 0

    It seems like you have an error in javascript on the oppertunity entity, or therer are errors in sitemap/isv

    Did you check your code? (maybe by disbable all javascript events would help)
