Relative path used to reference project EPApplicationProxies is too deep

When using Enterprise Portal in AX2012 R3 the following warning shows up. Can someone confirm that this is or isnt a proble?

C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\DynamicsTools\Microsoft.Dynamics.Framework.Design.InteractionProject.targets(117,5): warning :
Relative path used to reference project EPApplicationProxies is too deep. Only projects referenced using a relative path within the same parent folder will be resolved properly when the referencing project is edited or built from the model store. Move the project to the parent folder of the referencing project to update the project reference.
